The Walther film will be broadcast locally in St. Louis on the Higher Education Channel on Tuesdays (8 pm) during the month of March 2012. Theatrical Premiere a Sell-Out!

The first theatrical showing of the Walther film at the Wehrenberg Des Peres 14 Cine was a sell-out and a second theatre had to be opened up to handle the overflow. Thank you to everyone who was able to join us for the celebration, which included attendance from Concordia Seminary President Dr. Dale Meyer, live music from film composer Peter Mayer, as well as an autograph table filled with more than a dozen actors from the film.

“Walther” will also be playing on October 30 at 1 pm at the Mexico Cinema III in Mexico, Missouri. (More info at 573-581-8383)

The “Walther” Grand Premiere Red Carpet Gala will be Monday, October 10, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the Wehrenberg Theater Des Peres 14, located at 1215 Des Peres Rd. in St. Louis, MO.

She has worked on short films here in Missouri, with Walther being her first experience working on a feature. She continues to honor God with the talent He has placed in her, purposing to leave not one talent untapped. She has been a part of Creative Actor’s Workshop here in St.Louis. Dr. Thomas Manteufel is professor emeritus at Concordia Seminary, St. Louis.. He served as a pastor in Iowa 1969-1977 and has taught Systematic Theology in St. Louis since 1979. He is a Walther Round Table Counselor for Concordia Historical Institute.
